Biodiversity Science Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Biodiversity Science Director to lead our team in delivering high-quality research and contributing to the development of innovative solutions to complex environmental challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing teams of scientists. They will be responsible for providing strategic direction, leading projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive organisational objectives.

• Leading a team of scientists and ensuring a positive, inclusive research culture

The successful candidate will have a PhD in a relevant field, significant experience in a leadership role, and a strong track record of delivering results. They will also be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.

We offer a competitive salary of £74,802 - £93,012 (Negotiable) and a comprehensive benefits package, including 27 days annual leave, 10% employer pension contribution, and flexible working opportunities.
