Head of Residential Property

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to take on the role of Head of Department at our new office. This is an exciting opportunity to build and grow a department from scratch, with full autonomy and support, making a significant impact on the firm's development.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory or management experience and be ready to take the next step in their career. As Head of Department and an experienced Residential Property Lawyer, you would be responsible for:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of Residential Property files, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Supervising and mentoring team members as the department expands
  • Collaborating closely with senior Partners and leveraging support from administrative staff

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or CLC with over 5 years' PQE within Residential Property
  • Experience handling a range of Residential Conveyancing files
  • Prior experience in supervising or managing team members would be ideal
