Financial Crime Transformation Consultant

Join PA Consulting, a leading innovation and transformation consultancy, as a Financial Crime Transformation Consultant. In this role, you will work with our diverse and high-performing delivery teams to transform Financial Crime risk management frameworks, craft and implement technologies across customer onboarding, payment screening, and Transaction Monitoring.
About the RoleAs a Financial Crime Consultant, you will liaise with senior client stakeholders to build Financial Crime compliance programmes that prevent, detect, and investigate money laundering, bribery, and corruption, sanctions, and fraud. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, such as the transformation of a Tier 1 Financial Institution's Fraud and Financial Crime function.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver market-leading learning and development frameworks and materials
- Operate across all lines of defence, with a thorough understanding of Governance structures and frameworks
- Manage senior stakeholders as part of complex programmes of work, delivering high-quality outputs in an often fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate agility and adaptability to work in line with changing client expectations and requirements
