Hardware Test Development Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Test Development Engineer to join our team at a top manufacturing company based in Milton Keynes. As a Hardware Test Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting test systems for power and magnetic products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop test systems for power and magnetic products.
  2. Develop and maintain test fixtures and equipment.
  3. Provide technical support and guidance to technicians.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test systems meet product requirements.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in test development.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2-5 years' experience in a hardware and power/electronics environment.
  2. Educated to degree level in the Electronics field or time served as a Test Development Engineer.
  3. Familiarity with principles of testing of power components (DC-DC Converters primarily).
  4. Experience with NI TestStand and test fixture design essential.
  5. Knowledge of C# or other.NET essential.
  6. Automation Experience particularly in Manufacturing/Test Environment.
