Senior Executive Recruitment Consultant

RHL Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Senior Executive Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our engineering recruitment business, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying top-tier talent, and driving new business growth opportunities.

About the Role:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a Senior or Principal consultant role.
  • Niche recruitment expertise within a specific industry or business area, with the ability to understand and target trends within that market.
  • Business development: Proven track record of generating new business leads and identifying market opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Candidate sourcing: Experience in identifying, engaging, and placing quality candidates.
  • Leadership: Ability to mentor junior consultants as your sector desk grows, providing guidance and support.
  • Goals: Strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets and KPI's with a result-driven mindset.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to clients and candidates.
