Your New Role

In this exciting position, you will be responsible for managing the design, development, and market introduction of new products. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with Product Line Leaders, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop design specifications that meet both customer needs and market demands.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the design, development, and market introduction of new products
  • Collaborate with Product Line Leaders, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop design specifications
  • Implement cost-effective design and technology solutions to resolve field issues
  • Mentor and develop engineering talent within your team
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain ongoing improvements to current products
Requirements

To succeed in this challenging yet rewarding position, you must possess a Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification. A proven track record in the design, development, and successful launch of construction machinery is essential. Leadership and management skills are paramount for this role along with strong commercial awareness. Familiarity with CAD (preferably Solid Works) and PLM/PDM systems is also required.
