Key Responsibilities:



  • Proactively motivate and lead a team of supervisors to achieve planned targets and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support the delivery, monitor, and report operational daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly KPIs.
  • Ensure supervisors are taking actions and following company processes and procedures in relation to absence, annual leave, performance, employee engagement, employee relations, and health and safety requirements.
  • Analyse productivity and performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Review team performance regularly, including performance management reviews.
