We're seeking a talented developer to join our growth team, driving business expansion through data-driven insights.

This role will focus on optimizing consumer journeys, building acquisition tools, and creating predictive models for marketing and SEO.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively in the growth team to enhance conversion rates and user value.
  • Evaluate all initiatives based on the latest evidence, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Employ a rigorous approach to testing, challenging assumptions and improving the data and testing framework.
About You:
  • 3+ years of experience as a software engineer, with extensive frontend JavaScript expertise.
  • A strong product sense, driven by business impact and a growth mindset.
  • Prior experience in building and shipping software, preferably in a small team within a startup environment.
  • Able to analyze data to identify user behavior trends and possess performance marketing data experience.
Requirements:
  • Mandatory skills: HTML, JavaScript, Python.
  • Nice to have: Django, Wagtail, TailwindCSS, DevOps experience.

Based on national averages and industry standards, we estimate this role's salary to be around $120,000 per year. This figure may vary depending on your location and experience.
