Job Description:

The Controls Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing control aspects of machinery to project specifications, within project schedules and budgets. This will involve collaborating with engineers, customers, and other stakeholders to discuss existing or potential engineering projects and products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical control instrumentation, equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems.
  • Operate computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
  • Direct and coordinate construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
  • Experience as a Controls Engineer.
  • Ideal experience in a similar industry.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary dependent on experience: £42,000 - £47,000 per annum.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4:00pm, Friday 7:30am - 1:00pm.
