Commercial Account Handler

Stride Resource Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Handler to join our team. As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for handling existing commercial insurance business via the telephone, ensuring a high level of customer service and retaining existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtain quotations and communicate them to clients, advising on the most appropriate options in terms of price and cover.
  • Contact clients to renew policies and prepare required renewal documentation in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Ensure the smooth operation and continued development of the renewal team.
  • Maximise use of team resources and ensure that all business is dealt with promptly and efficiently.
  • Deliver high-quality service, appropriate to customer needs, and professionally handle incoming requests from customers.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone and use automated information systems to analyse customer situations.
  • Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.
