Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young children and creating a strong foundation for future learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development in young learners.
  • Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children, ensuring a holistic and cohesive learning experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and collaborative school community that values professional growth and development.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to parents and caregivers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest educational practices and research, embracing ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in early childhood education.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and a deep understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
