Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Support Professional to provide administrative assistance to our managers, ensuring the efficient running of our care home. Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, handling files, meeting and greeting visitors, engaging with residents, and showing prospective clients around.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work accurately under pressure. Good computer skills and a confident telephone manner are also essential.
