Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations and Control Expert Leader to join our team at the Department for Work and Pensions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, championing sustainable futures and diversity in the workplace.

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders, drafting guidance and tools, and acting as a centre of expertise. You will also lead the design and implementation of training regimes, communicate across a wide network, and ensure effective delivery of pre- and post-payment validation.
