Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative mechanical solutions for turbomachinery and rotating equipment products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets customer requirements and company standards
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze design options to optimize product performance and efficiency
- Develop and maintain design documentation and technical specifications
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements:
- BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, preferably in the turbomachinery or rotating equipment industry
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
