As a Class 2 HGV Driver, you'll be part of our delivery and collection service, demonstrating exceptional customer service in all aspects of the working day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of the delivery and collection service, maintaining an accurate record of deliveries and collections using our smart phone.
  • Carry out daily and weekly vehicle checks to ensure the company vehicle is safe and roadworthy.
  • Drive the company vehicle responsibly and safely, abiding by all traffic laws and the highway code.
  • Represent the company and its values, providing professional customer service and assisting with loading and unloading.

Requirements:

  • A Category C (Class 2) licence
  • A valid driver qualification card and digital tachograph card.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve complex customer inquiries.
  • Knowledge of safe loading as well as the transporting of hazardous goods.
  • Demonstrate compliance with manual handling regulations.

Working Pattern:

Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 16:00, Alternating Saturdays: 08:00 - 12:00
