Ecological Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecological Consultant to join our team at Flagship Consulting. As a Principal Ecologist, you will be responsible for developing and leading our ecological services in the North Essex and South Cambridge area.

Our client is a multidisciplinary environmental consultancy with offices in Bristol, Sheffield, Manchester, and the south Cambridgeshire area. They are looking for a full-time Principal Ecologist and a Senior Ecologist to work in a hybrid role from their Cambridgeshire office.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in ecology and experience in leading teams. They will be responsible for developing and implementing ecological strategies, conducting site assessments, and providing expert advice to clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to progress their career in a diverse consultancy. The Ecology Team across the UK offers a wide range of services, including Preliminary Ecological Appraisal, Ecological Impact Assessment, Biodiversity Net Gain Metrics, Habitats Regulation Assessment, and Protected Species Surveys.

We cover the whole of the UK, with projects throughout a range of sectors, including Residential Development, Mineral Extraction, Energy Generation, Leisure, and Healthcare.
