About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team in the Social Security Programme Division. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in leading small to medium-sized projects and supporting larger and more complex projects.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, working independently, and advancing the BA community through sharing best practices and mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply a range of analysis techniques to analyze the current state of customer organizations
  • Plan, conduct, and analyze data and process models
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in technical and business environments
  • Organize, lead, and facilitate workshops with stakeholders and users
  • Support the identification and analysis of options to deliver enhanced outcomes for citizens and organizations
  • Develop user stories and ensure acceptance criteria is consistent
  • Experience of working with training teams
  • Build a culture of continuous delivery and improvement
Essential Digital Data and Technology (DDaT) Knowledge
  • Strong experience of business analysis in a business, policy, or digital project environment
  • Excellent relationship management skills working with key stakeholders in technical and business environments
  • Experience of process mapping and business requirements gathering
  • Experience of working within an agile, multi-disciplinary team environment
