About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a BIM Manager to join our fresh rebranded company. As a pivotal member of the M+E design team, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of BIM across projects that span retail, education, and residential sectors.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will take a lead on BIM projects, meeting the demands of the region, projects, and clients. They will also provide mentoring on best practice workflows, identify and communicate project or regional training needs, and attend industry conferences to provide feedback.

Responsibilities:
  1. Take a lead on BIM projects, meeting the demands of the region, projects, and clients.
  2. Provide mentoring on best practice workflows to project teams as required.
  3. Identify and communicate any project or regional training needs and requirements.
  4. Attend industry conferences and provide feedback to the wider BIM team.
  5. Seek out opportunities with potential clients and work-winning activities to promote our Digital & BIM capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Commercial awareness, as well as the capacity to modify strategy and technical needs to meet client/project/practice objectives.
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of different audiences, both technical and non-technical to lead project & regional transformation forward.
What We Offer:
  • Estimated salary: £49,500 based on location and sector experience.
  • 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays (increasing to 28 after set period of service).
