Service and Repair Engineer

My client, a leading boiler manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Service and Repair Engineer to join their team in the top part of GU postcodes. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by ensuring their heating systems are running efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and repair of domestic boilers to maintain optimal performance and safety.
  • Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting to identify and rectify issues.
  • Routine maintenance and safety checks in accordance with manufacturer standards and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and offering advice on boiler usage and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service and Repair Engineer (boilers or heating systems experience preferred).
  • Gas Safe Registered or equivalent qualifications.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • A valid driver's license is required as this role involves fieldwork.
