Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as a Technical Services Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT support, projects, training, and other staff-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert IT support, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
  • Design, implement, and manage IT solutions for clients, including internal networks, NAS devices, servers, data backup, and printers.
  • Configure and install software and hardware according to specifications, ensuring security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
  • Train and guide users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
  • Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance, minimizing disruption to client employees.
  • Perform regular system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new IT strategies and solutions.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of industry experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Full and clean UK driving license and vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest IT technologies and trends.
