Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our growing Residential Conveyancing team as a Conveyancing Fee Earner on a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of conveyancing matters from start to finish
  • Conduct conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, registered and unregistered titles
  • Utilize a case management system to streamline processes
  • Liaise with clients, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to ensure seamless transactions
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a residential conveyancing fee earning role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the full conveyancing process from start to finish
  • Experience with case management systems
