Job Description
This is a full-time or part-time opportunity to work as a Cocktail Mixologist in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to work evenings and weekends with occasional afternoon shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Mixing drinks and demonstrating knowledge of beverage products.
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, adhering to high standards and company procedures.
- Preparing drink garnishes and ensuring the garnish station is stocked during shifts.
- Replenishing bar stock, including non-consumables.
- Setting up and breaking down the bar area according to service times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- A basic understanding of wine would be desirable.
- Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment with high standards is ideal.
Benefits and Salary
We offer a competitive salary of £11,500 per annum, based on 20 hours per week, which equates to approximately £11.50 per hour. Additional benefits include tips, staff discounts and perks, gym membership, and free parking.
