Home Care Support Worker

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is £12.25 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of one hour care per visit. In addition, we offer flexible working hours, paid annual holidays, and double time for work on Bank Holidays. After one year of service, you will also be eligible for private medical care.
Job DescriptionThis role involves delivering personal care, home help, and companionship to our clients in Swadlincote and surrounding areas. As a Personal Support Assistant, you will work closely with our clients to understand their individual needs and preferences, and provide support that enhances their quality of life. You may be required to assist with trips out of the house, appointments, or shopping during visits.
Required Skills and QualificationsNo qualifications or experience are necessary to apply for this role. However, we do require applicants to have a driving licence and access to a vehicle. We provide full, award-winning training for all of our Care Professionals, regardless of experience. If you have a big heart and a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply.
