About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Early Years Educator to join our team at Glebe Farm Nursery School, a wonderful nursery school nestled in idyllic woodland in Canwick, Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality teaching and care to children under the age of 5
  • Work in partnership with the existing educator team to create an inspiring working environment
  • Support the successful running of the nursery, including periods of holiday, sickness, and vacancy gaps
Requirements
  • Level 2 or 3 qualification within early years preferred, however unqualified Educators will also be considered if they can demonstrate the necessary values and enthusiasm
  • Experience as an Early Years Educator or having worked with children under the age of 5 is advantageous
  • Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS is desirable
What We Offer

Competitive rates of pay, ranging from £11.50 - £13.28 for qualified Educators and £8.60 - £11.44 for unqualified Educators, as per NMW age rate and demonstrable skills and experience.
