We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our expanding team at Underley Gardens School, located in Kirkby Lonsdale. As an Occupational Therapist with Outcomes First Group, you will play a vital role in helping our pupils develop the skills they need to succeed in their daily lives.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering holistic, therapeutic, and dynamic approaches to Occupational Therapy, with a focus on supporting children and young people with complex needs. You will be responsible for implementing bespoke interventions, conducting standardized and non-standardized assessments, and providing training and information to staff and other agencies as required.

Our Occupational Therapy team works closely with Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, and therapy assistants to create a supportive and inclusive environment where our pupils can thrive. We are looking for someone with a rounded and integrated approach to care, education, and clinical services who is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our students.
