Compliance Policy Coordinator

We are recruiting a Compliance Policy Coordinator to support the development and implementation of our compliance policies. This is a permanent role offering a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
About the RoleThis position involves working closely with our management team to ensure that our compliance policies are up-to-date and effective. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the production of Manuals, Procedures, and other relevant documentation
- Supporting the development and implementation of Audit Programmes
- Auditing Integrated Management Systems
- Coordinating Staff Training and Development
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
Applicants should possess:
- Internal ISO 9001 Auditor certification (desirable)
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
