We are seeking a dedicated Swimming Instructor Specialist to join our team at Athena Resourcing Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and conducting swim lessons for various age groups and skill levels, while maintaining a safe and positive learning environment for all participants.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with students to help them improve their swimming abilities and build confidence in the water.

This salaried / permanent position offers a competitive salary of £14,000 per year, plus 12-20 hours of additional pay per week. We also offer a referral program and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and conduct swim lessons for various age groups and skill levels
  • Provide guidance and support to swimmers to help them improve their swimming abilities
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and any incidents that occur during lessons
Requirements
  • Level 2 Swimming Teacher Qualification
  • NRASTC or NPLQ or ability to gain
  • DBS- Ability to pass a background check
  • Safeguarding and Child Protection knowledge
