Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator/Property Administrator to join our team at John Cottis & Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential properties, including conducting viewings, facilitating the letting process, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducting pre-tenancy checks to ensure every property meets our high standards.
- Engaging with tenants, landlords, and contractors through phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Supporting the team with general office administration to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, including trends, pricing, and available properties.
- Managing administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, conducting background checks, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of sales or lettings within the property sector is desirable.
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients professionally.
- A valid driving licence is essential.
