Site Manager - Asset Intelligence

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Asset Intelligence team, responsible for the day-to-day management of projects on site. The successful candidate will have a strong background in site management, with experience in the utilities sector and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site operations, including preparation of documentation, risk assessments, and method statements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and in-house functions to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, delays, and changes, including financial implications.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.
  • Demonstrable experience of working on SEMD related projects across the utility sector.
  • Relevant H&S qualifications, including IOSH or CITB 5 Day Site Safety Management.
  • Commercial and contractual awareness, balanced by excellent man management skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
