Job Overview:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a multifaceted approach to maintenance. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will work closely with our production team to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failure
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve maintenance efficiency
  • Train and mentor junior team members

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of £50,100 per annum, plus realistic on-target earnings ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 per year. We also offer further development opportunities, including the potential for a higher salary once you reach the Specialist level.
