Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of our restaurants, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative menu concepts that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the restaurants
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints efficiently

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or as a senior chef in a busy restaurant environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • HND or BSc in Hospitality Management or related field (desirable)
