About Our Charity

Peridot Partners has grown significantly since its inception, with considerable strategic and operational support from our dedicated Trustee board, small but mighty office team, and incredible volunteers.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised fundraiser to make a tangible impact in our charity and achieve incredible outcomes for children with serious illnesses or disabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive fundraising strategies to drive income growth over the next five years
  • Engaging with individuals, community groups, and organisations to raise awareness and funds
  • Representing Peridot Partners at community events and forging new connections with local businesses, groups, and societies
  • Managing relationships with event companies and fundraising platforms
  • Organising innovative events to expand our reach and diversify our income streams

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in fundraising
  • Understanding of UK fundraising regulations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn CRM systems like Salesforce
  • A valid full, clean driving license

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
