Job Summary

NCF Living is a dynamic and growing company seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team. As a Senior Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, providing a seamless shopping experience.
  • Demonstrate and sell products to customers, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Provide professional customer service, addressing customer queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of retail sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to make informed recommendations to customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
