About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our Bolton Customer Service and Sales Centre. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound service calls, serving our existing customers and the broader UK white goods market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional sales through a service approach, promoting and selling our leading range of value-added service products.
  • Take full ownership of customer issues, efficiently using our new Salesforce system to access customer account details and process information swiftly and accurately.

Requirements

  • A background in sales and experience working towards and achieving targets in a fast-paced, sales-through-service contact centre environment.
  • The ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
