About the Role:
We're looking for someone who can lead a team in preparing delicious meals, implementing menu changes, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You'll also support the creation of new menus and food concepts, ensuring our clients and customers receive top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality food
- Implement menu changes and improvements
- Identify opportunities to enhance our food services
- Represent Defence and maintain a positive brand image
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure kitchens are well-stocked

Salary: £13.82 per hour (37.5 hours per week)
