We are looking for a highly skilled Team Leadership Position in Healthcare to join our team at Buckland Care.

Main Responsibilities:- Care Delivery: Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including medication management and administrative tasks
- Team Leadership: Mentor and support carers on the floor, promoting best practice and teamwork
- Care Planning: Work collaboratively with the Head of Care and Nurses to develop and implement care plans
- Staff Management: Manage carers and seniors on the floor, deploying them effectively to meet resident needs
Our estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
