Job Opportunity at Publicis Media

The Operations Senior Executive will work on a major new client for Publicis Media, focusing on accuracy and attention to detail when inputting data at a fast pace. This role involves identifying and driving efficiencies by evolving and streamlining processes. The central operations team will work with you to achieve this, supported by a technical team. Best practices are aligned across the agencies, and the Media Operations team ensure that correct processes are being adhered to.

About the Role

This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed person who enjoys working with data and figures to join Publicis Media at entry level. We are looking for someone who is curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn, capable of coming in and quickly adapting to the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Excellent project management skills to prioritize tasks on these busy accounts
  • Excellent maths and numeracy skills, including the ability to work with numbers and large amounts of data
  • Adept at interpreting data and identifying themes and inconsistencies
  • Proficient in the use of Excel spreadsheets, with the ability to write and understand basic formulae
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and databases
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks accurately
  • Ability to assimilate information quickly and adhere to processes and best practices
