Job Title: Key Client Manager
At In Technology Group, we're seeking an experienced Key Client Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their needs are met and they receive the highest level of service. You'll need to have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proactive approach to maintaining and growing client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Understand client needs and objectives, offering strategic advice and solutions tailored to their goals.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Identify and grow opportunities within accounts, and collaborate with the Sales team to ensure growth attainment.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and present updates to management.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or other relevant role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
