**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our team, working across 5 days. As a Social Worker in our Family Safeguarding & Looked after Children Teams, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to children and families, working closely with our multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide social work services to children and families, including assessments, interventions, and support planning
* Work closely with our multi-disciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and other stakeholders
* Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures

* Qualified Social Worker with experience working in children's services
