Delivery Role Overview
We are seeking a Delivery Postie with Driving experience to join our team at the Royal Mail Group. As a Delivery Postie with Driving, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers throughout the region.
About the Role
This is a permanent contract position, working 30 hours per week, 5 days a week, between 09:00 and 15:00. You will be required to work 5 out of 6 Saturdays from Alresford DO and 5 out of 6 Sundays from Winchester DO.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to customers, responding to queries and resolving issues.
- Work as part of a team to achieve delivery targets and goals.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Upbeat, independent and self-motivated.
- Organised, punctual and ready to deliver great customer service.
- Happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather.
- Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
