  • Ensure all areas of the venue are clean and tidy, adhering to Health and Safety and COSHH guidelines.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are completed in line with prescribed procedures.
  • Adhere to all licensing policies and procedures, handling cash, stock, and equipment securely.
  • Act as a point of contact for guests, providing information and assistance as required.
  • Contribute to reducing waste and promoting recycling initiatives within the venue.
  • Adhere to Company policies and procedures, undertaking reasonable duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
  • Strong numerical and literacy skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with confidence and professionalism.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Experience working in a hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
