Field Sales Representative

Role Overview
As a Field Sales Representative for Red Bull at Acosta, you will be responsible for forging unbreakable relationships with key decision makers in stores across your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit independent retailers or major stores in your territory on a regular call cycle to deliver world-class customer service and meet daily/weekly distribution, availability, and visibility targets.
- Negotiate increased space and maintain incremental displays to maximise brand awareness and educate customers on new product opportunities.
- Conduct audits to ensure promotional activity complies with the approved brief and complete interventions, where necessary, to maintain compliance.
- Ensure correct execution of all new product launches and provide insightful feedback on market intelligence/competitor activity.
- Manage your journey plans in line with our briefing process and ensure point of sale and promotional material is available in sufficient quantities to meet customer's needs.
Requirements:
- Experience within FMCG, retail or a sales environment is preferred.
- Be enthusiastic about the Red Bull brand and have the drive and tenacity to succeed.
- Be comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven selling skills and commercial acumen along with being self-motivated, determined and target driven.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Travel 90-100% of the time.
