Finance Administrator Role in Stockport

We are seeking a skilled and organized Finance Administrator to join our established team in Stockport. The ideal candidate will have experience in general finance or sales/purchase ledger roles, excellent customer service skills, and strong Excel/data entry abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Accurately process invoices onto the purchase ledger
  2. Prepare weekly and monthly supplier payments
  3. Process supplier invoices and shipping documentation
  4. Perform bank account and credit card reconciliations
  5. Respond to customer and supplier queries via phone and email
  6. Process card payments and allocate to customer accounts
  7. Resolve invoice queries, produce statements, and credit notes

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £25,000-£28,000 per annum, plus an annual profit share bonus and excellent benefits package. This role involves working 3 days a week from our offices in Stockport and 2 days remotely.
