Business Development Manager

Osborne Appointments is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as developing and maintaining existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales with new customers through a structured and professional approach
  • Actively identify and seek new business opportunities in various markets
  • Develop a strategic and tactical model for business development, identifying new opportunities for solutions to fit potential customers
  • Develop existing accounts to maximise opportunities
  • Visit clients on site
Requirements:
  • Packaging experience is beneficial
  • Proven ability to develop good working relationships at all levels
  • Strong and honest work ethic and the drive and motivation to thrive in a demanding sales environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Email) are essential
