As a key member of our management leadership team, you will be responsible for setting and maintaining world-class surgical team standards throughout the clinic.

Your primary focus will be on leading and supporting the surgical team, comprising surgery assistants, nurses, and surgeons, to achieve clinical KPIs and targets for treatment volumes. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing systems to ensure world-class surgical treatments and appropriate patient outcomes.

Key aspects of the role include:

* Motivating the surgical team to achieve clinical targets and treatment volumes
* Providing support for the team in efficient and productive use of surgery time
* Managing Clinical Governance and HCC systems centrally

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* An adaptable and flexible approach to work
* Top-notch Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Confidence and integrity to operate with discretion

While clinical experience or qualifications are desirable, a proven track record of developing a team, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are essential.
