Job Title: Event Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Event Production Manager to join our team at Get the Cream LTD. As an Event Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing world-class events for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute events for clients, including conferences, awards, and brand activation events
  • Work closely with clients to understand their event goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement event concepts and strategies
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Oversee event budgets and ensure timely and within-budget execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations
  • Monitor and report on event metrics, including attendance, engagement, and revenue
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in event production or a related field
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful events
  • Strong understanding of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
