Main Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to and support the development of our legal technology strategy.
  2. Attend industry events and forums to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations.
  3. Support the functionality of a defined part of our solutions portfolio.
  4. Promote user adoption of solutions and facilitate the maintenance and support strategy for home-grown solutions within a defined part of the solution.
  5. Build productive working relationships with external technology vendors and lead the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions.
  6. Monitor the quality of products provided by vendors and report any issues.
  7. Support change management, training, and communication activities.
  8. Conduct scouting for new vendors and support pilot programs to test new solutions.

Main Experience and Skills Required:

  1. Experience of supporting and participating in successful technology projects and initiatives, from ideation to implementation and evaluation.
  2. A keen and enthusiastic interest in the role and impact of technology in the legal profession.
  3. Proficiency and experience in using and leveraging the Microsoft PowerPlatform, as well as other relevant technologies.
  4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, evaluate, and implement innovative and effective technology solutions.
  5. A solid and growing knowledge of a specific area of the legal technology landscape, such as e-discovery, knowledge management, or data analytics.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
