We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our Clinical Negligence department, you will work closely with a Senior Associate to provide specialist advice to clients and support the development and growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of clinical negligence files, under supervision, dealing effectively with cases and transactions.
• Manage time recording, WIP monitoring and billing consistently, meeting targets and objectives set.
• Develop a network of clients, contacts and potential referrers and attend networking events.
• Encourage juniors/trainees, provide feedback to assist their learning, effectively delegating tasks where appropriate.
• Understand, learn and apply all business processes applicable to own work, learning new processes as required.
• Perform fee earning work accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firm's quality and risk management procedures.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Highly experienced within claimant Clinical Negligence law.
• Ability to manage own files with minimal supervision.
• Open to change, receptive to new ways of working with the ability to be flexible in approaching tasks and problems.
