At Tilbury Douglas, we're committed to helping you build a successful career in construction. Our graduate building surveyor program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in cost management, contract administration, and project coordination.

As a graduate building surveyor, you'll work closely with our experienced professionals to analyze and prepare project costs, select and manage suppliers, and develop expertise in contracts and financial management. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in the compilation of project data, meet with clients and stakeholders, and undertake costings and valuations.

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is currently studying towards a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. You'll need to have a full UK driving license and be able to commit to a 12-week summer placement in 2025. If you're passionate about construction and eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
