About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Acorn by Synergie. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for using your sales skills to grow a recruitment desk across multiple sectors, developing business with new and existing clients, and servicing clients and fulfilling their recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and vet candidates and match them to suitable job opportunities
  • Register candidates in line with procedural, legislative, and customer requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond quickly to clients' recruitment needs
